PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide superconducting coil capable of reducing distortion of superconducting wire, and to provide a superconducting coil device having the superconducting coil.SOLUTION: Superconducting coil 1 comprise: a coil part 11 wound with superconducting wire; an electrode 12; and a leader line 21. The leader line 21 connects the electrode 12 with the superconducting wire of the coil part 11. The leader line 21 comprises: a reinforcement part formed with conductive material; and the superconducting wire.
