<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new type method of manufacturing a printing plate which is useful in printing a print image, which has no seam and edge or of which a type is variable, on a substrate web by offset printing, and provide a corresponding device.SOLUTION: Total separation of respective print colors is divided into at least two printing plates in regard to the respective print colors of a printed image to be printed. First partial separation of the total separation of the respective print colors can be printed on a substrate by a first printing plate, and second partial separation of the total separation of the respective print colors can be printed on the substrate by a second printing plate. In terms of the total separation of the respective print colors, a substrate web on a first part can be exclusively printed by the first partial separation of the first printing plate, the substrate web on the second part can be exclusively printed by the second partial separation of the second printing plate, and the substrate web on a third part can be printed by overlapping or top coating by the first partial separation of the first print plate and the second partial separation of the second printing plate.</p> |
