1. A liquid discharge apparatus comprising:
a power supply potential output section that outputs a first power supply potential which rises from a reference potential to be a constant potential; a first switch drive section that generates a first switch drive signal according to a modulation signal of an original drive signal; a second switch drive section that generates a second switch drive signal according to the modulation signal; a first switch that operates according to the first switch drive signal; a second switch that operates according to the second switch drive signal; a rectifying device that is arranged between an output terminal of the power supply potential output section and a first terminal of the first switch drive section; a connection node that is electrically connected to a second terminal of the first switch and a first terminal of the second switch; a capacitance element that is arranged between the first terminal of the first switch drive section and the connection node; a signal conversion section that converts a signal which is generated at the connection node, into a drive signal; and a piezoelectric element that is transformed by the drive signal, and can carry out an operation for discharging a liquid, wherein a first power supply potential is supplied to a first terminal of the second switch drive section, the reference potential is supplied to a second terminal of the second switch drive section, a second power supply potential is supplied to a first terminal of the first switch, a second terminal of the first switch drive section is connected to the connection node, and the reference potential is supplied to a second terminal of the second switch. |
