Embodiments of the present invention disclose an uplink collaborative transmitting method and apparatus. Embodiments of the present invention relate to the field of communications, are capable of suppressing interference among user equipment during uplink transmission and improve communication performance. The specific scheme is: a collaborative management device obtains User Identity (IDs) and resource scheduling information of user equipment in a collaborative cell set via at least one base station; the user ID of at least one first user equipment in the collaborative cell set is determined on basis of the resource scheduling information, and the first user equipment is the user equipment which occupies the same time-frequency resources as other user equipment in the cooperative cell set; and on basis of the user ID of the at least one first user equipment, a Pre-coding Matrix Indicator (PMI) is re-selected in a preset codebook set for the first user equipment, and the PMI is used for indicating an index of the codebook set to allow the first user equipment to pre-code data to be transmitted on basis of a codebook indicated by the PMI, thereby enabling the first user equipment to transmit the encoded data.
