The present invention provides a clip for fixing a mat on a carpet of a vehicle. The coupling force of the clip can be enhanced and continuously maintained since the connected state can be maintained by fixating the coupled fixing bracket to the body in order to obtain the coupling force. The present invention can be easily installed by mounting the clip on the carpet and fitting the mat into the clip by a method of inserting the fixing bracket into the carpet and adjusting the body on the fixing bracket to be turned and fastened by a hand. Therefore, anyone even such an unskilled person can easily and promptly mount the clip on the carpet.
