<p>Provided is a device for preheating an extract group head of an espresso machine preventing a dramatic temperature change of pressurized water supplied from a boiler when coffee is extracted by transmitting the heat of a heating unit controlled by heat pipes to be at a preset temperature in order to maintain the temperature of the extract group head within a preset temperature range. The device for preheating the extract group head of the espresso machine includes the extract group head having an inlet and an outlet as internal components and pressurizing heated extraction water sent through the inlet with a coffee basket of a porter filter joined to the lower part; a stored heat dispersing plate made of a plate-shaped metallic material on which an extraction hole interlocked with the inlet is formed, face-combined to the top surface of the extract group head, receiving a cartridge heater heated by an electricity supply, and accumulating thermal energy obtained by heating the cartridge heater by dispersing the thermal energy to the surface of the metallic material as the heat pipes are installed on the cartridge heater in the radial direction and a heat storing plate made of a plate-shaped metallic material with an internal flow passage in which the heated extraction water flows, face-combined on the top surface of the stored heat dispersing plate, accumulating the thermal energy transmitted from the stored heat dispersing plate, and discharging the extraction water sent to the flow passage.</p> |
