An optical fiber joint, an optical fiber adapter and an optical fiber connector. The optical fiber joint (10) includes a plug core (11) and an optical fiber (12). The plug core (11) is sleeved on the optical fiber (12). The optical fiber joint (10) also includes an inner sleeve element (13), an elastic member (14) and an outer sleeve element (15). The inner sleeve element (13) is sleeved on one end of the plug core (11). One end of the elastic member (14) leans against one end of the inner sleeve element (13) close to the plug core (11). The outer sleeve element (15) is sleeved on the inner sleeve element (13) and the plug core (11). One end of the outer sleeve element (15) is slidely connected with the inner sleeve element (13), and leans against the other end of the elastic member (14). The elastic member (14) is used to provide elastic force along a direction away from the plug core to the outer sleeve element (15). The inner wall of the other end of the outer sleeve element (15) is provided with a convex block (15c). The plug core includes a buckle elastic piece (11c) which is fixed to the end of the plug core (11) away from the inner sleeve element (13). The buckle elastic piece (11c) extends toward the inner sleeve element (13). The installation and dismounting time of the optical fiber joint is only 1/5 that of common thread joint.
