PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-produce soluble sulfo-containing ladder-like PSQ and its production method.SOLUTION: A ladder-like PSQ having a sulfo group is obtained by mixing 3-mercaptopropyltrialkoxysilane with an alkaline aqueous solution to form a specified compound, polycondensing the compound by heating and exchanging the metal ion of the product of the polycondensation with hydrogen ion. |
