<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens device which allows for switching between driving of a focusing lens and of a flange back lens during flange back adjustment without having to operate special means, and to provide an image capturing device having the same.SOLUTION: A lens device includes; a lens main body having a focus drive unit, a zoom drive unit for driving a zoom lens, and a flange back drive unit; a focus manipulation unit; and a drive signal generator unit which generates a focus drive signal for driving the focus drive unit in accordance with a manipulation amount of the focus manipulation unit, or a flange back drive signal for driving the flange back drive unit. The drive signal generator unit can operate in a mode in which only the focus drive signal is generated when the zoom lens is at the telephoto end and only the flange back drive signal is generated when the zoom lens is at the wide angle end.</p> |
