<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve uneven charging and to suppress generation of a banding image attributed to slippage between a charging member and an electrophotographic photoreceptor.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic process cartridge is provided, including a charging member and an electrophotographic photoreceptor that is charged by being in contact with the charging member. The charging member includes an electro-conductive substrate and a surface layer formed on the electro-conductive substrate; the surface layer comprises at least a binder resin, an electron conductive agent, and resin particles having a plurality of pores inside; and the surface layer has protrusions derived from the resin particles. The electrophotographic photoreceptor includes a support and a photosensitive layer formed on the support, in which a surface layer of the electrophotographic photoreceptor contains a specific component.</p> |
