<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal chill casting method capable of improving a bonding strength between an internal chill and a castable metal without entailing cost increase.SOLUTION: An internal chill casting method includes: a first step of performing a wet blast processing on an internal chill by spraying a mixture solution of liquid and solid particles onto a surface of the internal chill; and a second step of contacting a molten metal of a castable metal with the wet blast-processed surface of the internal chill, thereby integrating the internal chill with the molten metal. It is possible to improve a bonding strength without entailing cost increase since the bonding strength between contract interfaces can be increased sufficiently only by performing the wet blast processing that is not so expensive.</p> |
