The present invention relates to an organic electroluminescence device and a method for manufacturing the same, the organic electroluminescence device comprising: a translucent substrate including a first area and a second area separate from the first area; a first lower electrode formed on the first area of the translucent substrate; a second lower electrode formed on the second area of the translucent substrate; a first organic thin film layer which is formed on the first lower electrode in the first area and includes a first light-emitting layer; a second organic thin film layer which is formed on the second lower electrode in the second area and includes a second light-emitting layer; and a light-transmitting upper electrode formed on the first organic thin film layer and the second organic thin film layer, portions of the light-transmitting upper electrode corresponding to the first and second areas being connected to each other.
