An electronic device is provided with: a housing which is exposed to the outside; a piezoelectric vibration element which is located inside the housing; a vibration part which has the piezoelectric vibration element on the principal surface thereof, and is vibrated by the piezoelectric vibration element in order to generate sound; and a buffering part which is located in contact with the principal surface and away from the peripheral edge of the principal surface, the piezoelectric vibration element being located between the peripheral edge and the buffering part. The electronic device may be further provided with a proximity detection part and a display part inside the housing, and the buffering part may be located between the proximity detection part and the display part. |
