<p>An array substrate, a display apparatus, and a method for manufacturing the array substrate. The array substrate comprises a first metal connection portion (2) and a second metal connection portion (4) located at different layers, and also comprises a transparent conductive film layer (6) used for connecting the first metal connection portion (2) and the second metal connection portion (4). The first metal connection portion (2) is insulated from the second metal connection portion (4) by means of a first insulation layer (3), and the first metal connection portion (2) and the second metal connection portion (4) are at least partly overlapped in the direction perpendicular to a plane where the array substrate is located. The positive effects are as follows: the first metal connection portion (2) and the second metal connection portion (4) are at least partly overlapped in the direction perpendicular to the plane where the substrate is located, and the length of the transparent conductive film layer (6) used for connecting the first metal connection portion (2) and the second metal connection portion (4) in a direction parallel to a base substrate (1) is greatly decreased, thereby reducing the contact resistance when the transparent conductive film layer (6) in contact with the first metal connection portion (2) and the second metal connection portion (4), and reducing the generation of slopes of the transparent conductive film layer (6).</p> |
