The present invention relates to a navigation device of an image providing system, comprising: a navigation control unit for extracting one or more first identification areas corresponding to a turn-by-turn (TBT) position in accordance with the TBT position existing ahead of a route of a vehicle extracted from map data, and then generating a GPS coordinate of the extracted TBT position; a GPS coordinate transmitting unit for transmitting the GPS coordinate to an image photographing unit; an image receiving unit for receiving an image transmitted from the image photographing unit; an image analyzing unit for extracting a second identification area from the image; and an identification area comparison unit for comparing the extracted second identification area with the first identification areas, wherein the navigation control unit outputs the image if the second identification area and the first identification areas compared by the identification area comparison unit match.
