PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a terminal from erroneous insertion into a cavity of a connector even if arrangement positions for the terminals of electric wire come to be various.SOLUTION: A wire harness manufacturing apparatus comprises a first holding part 21 holding a terminal area 900 for an electric wire with terminal 9. The first holding part 21 moves by a prescribed length when an optical sensor detects a terminal 92 while the first holding part 21 is moving along a straight route R0 in a first direction. The wire harness manufacturing apparatus further comprises a second holding part 31 holding a terminal region 900 along a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, and taking over supporting the electric wire with terminal 9 from the first holding part 21. Furthermore, the wire harness manufacturing apparatus comprises a third holding part 4 holding the terminal 92 at both sides thereof along a third direction orthogonal to the first direction and the second direction, and temporally taking over supporting the terminal 92 from the second holding part 31 and then, passing the same over. |
