<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide poultry carcass upper half part support equipment used in a device cutting a tendon of a poultry carcass shoulder joint part automatically, supporting the poultry carcass upper half part in a vertical direction, and preventing rotation around a vertical axis of the poultry carcass upper half part.SOLUTION: Support equipment comprises: a vertical support member fitting in from downside to a chest cavity of a poultry carcass upper half part of which a head is cut off and viscus are removed, and supporting the poultry carcass upper half part in a vertical direction; and a rotation preventing member preventing rotation around a vertical axis of the poultry carcass upper half part by contacting from upside to right and left shoulders between a neck and right and left shoulder joints of the poultry carcass upper half part supported by the vertical support member.</p> |
