摘要 <p>[Problem] To detect, with high sensitivity, minuscule signals by effectively removing noise in optical measurement. [Solution] This optical measurement device comprises: a first light source that emits pump light for pumping a sample; a second light source that emits probe light for measuring changes in said pumped sample; a beam splitter that splits said probe light into detection probe light and reference probe light; a balance detector including a first input port that receives said detection probe light which has passed through said pumped sample, a second input port that receives said reference probe light which does not pass through said pumped sample, and an output terminal that outputs an electric signal representing the difference between said detection probe light and said reference probe light; and a lock-in amplifier that detects, from the output of said balance detector, a desired signal at a predetermined lock-in frequency.</p>
