<p>Provided is a pneumatic tire capable of reducing air resistance when the tire is rolling and capable of making unevenness caused by tire construction, etc., less conspicuous on the sidewall surface. A sidewall section has, in a side surface view of the tire, a patterned area comprising n (n being a natural number of at least 4) recessed rows having a plurality of dimple-shaped recessed sections arranged spaced apart upon one circumference among an n number of concentric circles having the rotation center (O1) of the tire as the center thereof. If the radius of the n number of circles is, in order from smallest, R1, R2,…Rn, the difference (Dk = Rk+1 - Rk (k being a natural number, 1< k≤n -1) between two adjacent peaks of Rn is positive and increases or decreases continuously or incrementally, in conjunction with the increase in k.</p> |
