Disclosed is a battery pack having a gas discharge pipe. A gas discharge pipe according to the present invention is hollow and has a sharp end. Therefore, if a pouch-type secondary battery (10) swells up due to a swelling phenomenon, the sharp gas discharge pipe (60) penetrates the case of the pouch-type secondary battery (10) to discharge an internal gas to the outside of a pouch case (20). To operate an above-mentioned function, a pack case (70) arranges and fixes the position of the pouch-type secondary battery (10) and a gas discharge pipe (50). |
