<p>PURPOSE: A composite sheet is provided to improve and maintain contact reliability, and to improve productivity of the sheet by reducing compression cycle while increasing a lifetime of the film efficiently. CONSTITUTION: A composite sheet(32) includes a heat-resistant resin film and a sheet consisting of silicon rubber-based composition formed on either sides of the heat-resistant resin film. The silicon rubber-based composition includes silica powder of 2~100, carbon black of 0~200, magnesium oxide of 10~1000, ferric oxide of 0~20, and ceria of 0.1~0.5 based on the silicon rubber of 100. The heat-resistant resin film is comprised of one among polyimide resin, aromatic polyamide resin, polyether ether keton resin, polyethersulfone resin, and polyphenylene sulfide resin.</p> |
