<p>The present invention relates to a low-water content plastic composition comprising hydraulic cement and to a manufacturing method of the plastic composition. According to the present invention, provided are a method which selectively discharges and separates free water existing between cement particles by using the foaming ability of polyurethane via a process of mixing an expanded urethane forming material with a flowing cement paste manufactured by mixing hydraulic cement and water, followed by performing a foaming process; and a low-water content plastic composition comprising hydraulic cement obtained by the method, which allows a hardened material of high durability to be obtained.</p> |
