<p>The present invention relates to a glue-laminated timber for a structure, wherein the glue-laminated timber is formed by attaching a plurality of unit wood, and one side of the unit wood is formed with a first mesh sheet to increase flexural strength of the timber and thus make the structure strong, and a fabrication method thereof. In the glue-laminated timber according to the present invention, one side of the unit wood is formed with a first installation groove having the same length as the unit wood. The first installation groove is provided with a first mesh sheet formed in a lattice pattern by mesh strings to form mesh holes of a constant size, and a resin-based water-soluble adhesive in a longitudinal direction of the unit wood. The first installation groove is configured to be filled with the resin-based adhesive. The resin-based adhesive penetrates the mesh holes of the first mesh sheet to attach the mesh sheet to the unit wood. The side of the first installation groove is formed to be inclined to increase an attaching surface of the adhesive.</p> |
