<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunscreen cosmetic consisting of a transparent or translucent liquid emulsification composition in which a content of an oily ultraviolet absorbent is large.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a sunscreen cosmetic consisting of a transparent or translucent liquid emulsification composition, wherein (A) the liquid oily ultraviolet absorbent of the specified quantity, (B) the solid oily ultraviolet absorbent of the specified quantity, (C) a water soluble solvent having one or two hydroxyl group of the specified quantity, and (D) a surfactant are contained; the surfactant (D) contains at least POE hardened castor oil with a HLB of 11.0-12.5 or a fatty acid ester thereof of the specified quantity, and sucrose fatty acid ester with a HLB of 7-11 of the specified quantity; the ratio {(D)/((A) + (B))}, the ratio of the total mass of the liquid oily ultraviolet absorbent (A) and the solid oily ultraviolet absorbent (B) to the total mass of the surfactant (D) is 0.56 or more to 0.68 or less; and the permeability of light with a wavelength of 750 nm is 10% or more.</p> |
