<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-terminal type capacitor capable of obtaining preferable insertion loss according to a required frequency band using one three-terminal type capacitor.SOLUTION: In a three-terminal type capacitor 100, when first external electrodes 104, 105 are signal side electrodes and second external electrodes 106, 107, 108, 109 are ground side electrodes (herein after referred to as a "pattern 1"), a value of an insertion loss is defined as IL1. Alternatively, when the signal side electrodes and the ground side electrodes are replaced, in other words, the first external electrodes 104, 105 are the ground side electrodes and the second external electrodes 106, 107, 108, 109 are the signal side electrodes, a value of the insertion loss is defined as IL2. At this time, IL1>IL2 is satisfied in a frequency band of 100 MHz.</p> |
