A lighting control circuit (1) that controls the lighting and extinguishing of a plurality of light-emitting elements (D11-D19, D21-D29, D31-D39). The lighting control circuit (1) is provided with: a first scanning circuit (10) that sequentially scans the light-emitting elements per predetermined first number thereof; a second scanning circuit (20) that sequentially scans the light-emitting elements being scanned by the first scanning circuit (10) per predetermined second number, which is lower than the first number, thereof; and a control circuit (30) that controls the lighting and extinguishing of the individual light-emitting elements being scanned by the first and second scanning circuits (10, 20). |
