An array substrate and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device, which relate to the technical field of display, and can simplify the structure of an array substrate, reduce the frequency of patterning in the process of manufacturing the array substrate, and improve the yield of the array substrate. The array substrate comprises an underlying substrate (10), a gate line (20), a data line (60), and a thin-film transistor (1), a pixel electrode (33) and a passivation layer (71) which are arranged on the underlying substrate (10) in an array manner, wherein the thin-film transistor (1) comprises a gate electrode (21), an active layer (31), a source electrode (61) and a drain electrode (32). The pixel electrode (33), the active layer (31) and the drain electrode (32) are arranged on the same layer and are integrated into a whole. The array substrate is applied to a liquid crystal display. |
