<p>The present invention relates to a steel bias cutter (SBC) allocation plan system and a method thereof for a cutting process. An SBC allocation plan system of the present invention includes: a unit which checks and inputs a remained length per standard (inventory length) in detail, and checks and inputs the number of allocable molders to a system, and allocates a cart with a short length among the carts in the inventory to a molder with a required early time based on the inputted information; a unit which calculates the required time and LPST in a molding process based on the allocated inventory information; a unit whereby a required quantity of a belt is calculated in meters by considering the quantity of belt demands and inventory quantity per belt standard and per molder; a unit to apply a batch rule; and a unit to generate a belt job plan per SBC by applying a job/machine selection rule.</p> |
