摘要 <p>A water quality measuring method based on surface enhancement. The method comprises: S1: placing the aqueous solution to be measured in an interlayer of metallic nanopillar arrays, and having a light source to enter one side of a prism and receiving the reflected light of the light source from another side of the prism; S2: changing the interval cycle between the metallic nanopillar arrays, and performing finite-difference time-domain calculation according to the received, reflected light to obtain the transmission spectrum corresponding to different cycles; S3: determining the impurities in the aqueous solution to be measured according to the resonance wavelength of the transmission spectrum. By performing finite-difference time-domain calculation on the reflected light that has passed through the aqueous solution to be measured in the interlayer of the metallic nanopillar arrays, the obtained wave trough value of the transmission spectrum is greater than the theoretical analog value. By generating plasma resonance using the metallic nanopillar arrays to interact with the absorption spectrum of the impurities in the aqueous solution to be measured, the wave trough value of the transmission spectrum is enhanced, thereby substantially enhancing the precision of water quality measurement.</p>
