A composite defoaming method for a high-viscosity pure-chitosan spinning solution comprises the following steps: 1: fully dissolving a spinning solution in a reaction vessel, the viscosity of the spinning solution reaching 450000mpa.s to 500000mpa.s and being ready for use; 2: by using compressed air as power, conveying the spinning solution ready for use in step 1 from the reaction vessel to a charge opening (3) of the reaction vessel (1) by means of filtering; 3: in the reaction vessel (1), in a case in which an internal pressure is continuously kept at 500pa to 3000pa, performing continuous processing by using a composite defoaming method integrating separation, scraping, lifting, and cutting; 4: detecting a defoaming degree at a sampling opening (18), and after the check is qualified, completing the defoaming process; and if the check result is unqualified, repeating step 3 until the check result is qualified, and completing the defoaming process. |
