Furthermore, the cylinder section to be machined is provided with inwardly oriented bracing means (2), wherein a temporary axle (3) is fitted on the bracing means (2) such that the temporary axle (3) is oriented in the mid-axis (1c) of the cylinder section (1), and wherein the at least one machining tool (4) is fastened to the temporary axle (3) by means of a holder (4a) and the machining tool (4) is rotated relative to the cylinder section (1) about or with the temporary axle (3) during the machining of the end edges (1a, 1b). |
