<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric load control device in which fuel consumption can be improved while suppressing deterioration of comfort on air-conditioning at the time of acceleration of a vehicle.SOLUTION: An engine ECU which controls an engine transmits an acceleration cut signal to an air-conditioning ECU which controls air-conditioning at the time of acceleration of a vehicle (S11). The air-conditioning ECU, when receiving the acceleration cut signal, restricts electric power consumption by an electric load on air-conditioning (S15 to S17). On this occasion, the air-conditioning ECU judges whether or not the present air-conditioning situation is an air-conditioning control transient period in which the deviation from the target air-conditioning situation is large (S13, S14), and, in a case of being the air-conditioning control transient period, the degree of electric power restriction is made smaller compared with the case of not being the transient period. And, the air-conditioning ECU judges whether or not the fuel consumption priority mode is set (S12), and, in a case that the fuel consumption priority mode is set (S12: Yes), the degree of electric power restriction is made larger compared with the case of not being set (S12: No).</p> |
