摘要 A shift register unit circuit, a shift register, an array substrate, and a display device. The shift register unit circuit comprises: an input module, used for receiving an input signal and for outputting the input signal to a step-up node; an output module, used for receiving the input signal and for outputting, under the control of a first clock signal, a drive signal; a step-down module, used for stepping down, under the control of a step-down node, electric potentials of the step-up node and of an signal output end; a step-down control module, used for stepping down, under the control of the input signal, the step-down node and for stepping up, under the control of a second clock signal, the step-down node; and, a reset module, used for resetting, under the control of a reset signal, the electric potentials of the step-up node and of the signal output end. A reduced number of thin-film transistors are employed for suppression of interference noises in the circuit, wiring space is conserved, and the footprint of the shift register unit circuit is reduced, thus implemented is a narrowed edge frame of a liquid crystal display that uses the shift register.
