The present invention relates to a method for automatically setting multiport wireless communication testing equipment which can perform automatic setting by transmitting a setting content when resetting is required while every kind of setting content to be performed with regard to a terminal to be connected to each port in multiport wireless communication testing equipment is stored in the terminal. The method for automatically setting multiport wireless communication testing equipment according to the present invention comprises: a step (a) of executing an automatic setting application; a step (b) of reading a port setting content by the automatic setting application when port setting is required, and then transmitting the content to wireless communication testing equipment; and a step (b1) of performing port setting with regard to a relevant mobile communication terminal in accordance with the port setting content which the wireless communication testing equipment received the port setting content in the step (b).
