PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light measuring apparatus allowing measurement of integral power in an integration range having a specified wavelength as a centre by a simple operation and capable of easily measuring an integral power even for a wide spectrum such as modulation light.SOLUTION: A light measuring apparatus arranged to measure a power from a spectrum of measuring object light displayed on a display screen is provided with: marker setting means for setting a marker to a desired wavelength position in the spectrum; and wavelength range setting means for setting a wavelength range including the set marker as a measurement range for the power.
