<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method, which enable coil segments with a plurality of kinds of lengths to be efficiently manufactured by the simple apparatus.SOLUTION: A coil segment manufacturing apparatus 1 includes: a conductor material feed part 10 that repeats feed of a conductor material 2 with processing time T in between while switching a feed amount; a coating separation part 12 that separates an insulation coating 8 of the conductor material 2 in a separation position P each time the processing time T comes; a conductor material cutting part 14 that cuts the conductor material 2 each time the processing time T comes; and separation position changing parts 36 and 39 that change the separation position P in synchronization with switching of the feed amount so that the separation of the insulation coating 8 can be performed in a part including a position where the conductor material 2 is cut.</p> |
