<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head capable of preventing an adhesive from hardening at an active part in a pressure chamber, and of reducing variance in liquid jet characteristics; and to provide a liquid jet device.SOLUTION: A liquid jet head includes: a silicon pressure chamber substrate 20 which forms a pressure chamber 19; and a communication plate 16 penetrated through communication holes 40 and 41 in a plate thickness direction. The pressure chamber 19 is formed and partitioned by partition walls composed of crystal orientation planes by etching. Acute angle parts 30 are formed at both ends of the pressure chamber 19 in a first direction by the partition walls which cross each other at an acute angle, and a first step 32 is provided in the middle of the etching direction of each acute angle part 30. While some portion of the communication holes 40 and 41 is arranged at a position overlapping with the acute angle parts 30 on a bonding surface, the remaining portion of the communication holes 40 and 41 is arranged outside of the first direction against the acute angle parts 30, and thus a second step 44 is formed at the communication part 30 between the pressure chamber 19 and the communication holes 40 and 41.</p> |
