Disclosure herein is related to a telemedicine information system, a monitoring method, and computer-accessible storage medium. The telemedicine information system includes at least one client end in which one or more physiological sensors for sensing the physiological conditions of a person to be monitored. The system includes a monitoring end connected to the client end over a network for receiving physiological data therefrom. Medical staff at the monitoring end uses a handheld monitoring terminal device to retrieve the physiological data. Then a program is executed to determine any abnormal condition. The medical staff may therefore issue a warning signal to the client end, and also timely communicate with the person to be monitored. The person may also timely receive location-based medical advice.

1. A telemedicine information system, comprising:
at least one client end, disposed with one or more physiological sensors at one client end, wherein the one or more physiological sensors are used to obtain physiological condition of a person who is to be monitored, and generate physiological data; and a monitoring end, connected to the at least one client end over a network, via a monitoring server receiving the physiological data over the network, and via a monitoring terminal device obtaining the physiological data, so as to determine any abnormal condition according to a judgment rule.
