Disclosure herein is related to a telemedicine information system, a monitoring method, and computer-accessible storage medium. The telemedicine information system includes at least one client end in which one or more physiological sensors for sensing the physiological conditions of a person to be monitored. The system includes a monitoring end connected to the client end over a network for receiving physiological data therefrom. Medical staff at the monitoring end uses a handheld monitoring terminal device to retrieve the physiological data. Then a program is executed to determine any abnormal condition. The medical staff may therefore issue a warning signal to the client end, and also timely communicate with the person to be monitored. The person may also timely receive location-based medical advice. |
