Provided is a fiber reinforced plastic shaft wherein contiguous glass fiber bundles are embedded in parallel in the lengthwise direction of the shaft. A matrix resin thereof is formed from a resin composition having (A), described hereinafter, as a primary constituent, and including constituents (B-D), described hereinafter, wherein the constituent (B) has a particle shape and is distributed along contiguous glass fibers which configure the contiguous class fiber bundles. It is thus possible to provide a conductive shaft which is lightweight, highly resilient, has superior conductivity, and is inexpensive, as well as a conductive roll for office automation devices employing the same, and a method for fabrication of the conductive shaft. (A) A thermosetting resin. (B) Carbon black. (C) A dispersant having an alkaline functional group. (D) A hardening agent of the constituent (A).
|
