MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ELECTROMAGNETIC-SHIELDING OPTICAL WINDOW WITH EMBEDDED METAL GRIDS

摘要

A manufacturing method of an electromagnetic-shielding optical window with embedded metal grids is provided, and the method includes the following steps of: 1) femto-second laser etching; 2) heat processing and 3) cooper plating. The electromagnetic shielding can be achieved not only at a flat infrared optical window but also at a curved infrared optical window with said method. The present invention is suitable for the electromagnetic shielding in telemetry & remote sensing, medical diagnosis, confidential communication and aviation & aerospace etc.
