Provided is a multifunctional illuminating lamp. The multifunctional illuminating lamp comprises: a first part (1); a telescopic light-transmitting corrugated tube (3), a first end of which is sleeved on a first end of the first part; a first illuminating part fixedly disposed inside the first end of the first part; and a second illuminating part fixedly disposed inside a second end of the telescopic light-transmitting corrugated tube. The multifunctional illuminating lamp integrates multiple functions, and is convenient to carry and use.
