<p>The present invention relates to an outer surface shape modeling system of a pipe and a modeling method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the outer surface shape modeling system of a pipe includes: a turning roller which holds both ends of a pipe to enable a pipe to rotate around an axis of the lengthwise direction; a rotation measuring unit measuring a rotation angle of the pipe rotating by the turning roller; a moving vehicle moving on a rail arranged in the lengthwise direction of the pipe outside the pipe; a distance measuring unit installed in the moving vehicle and measuring a distance and an angle from a plurality of points of an outer peripheral surface of the pipe; a moving distance measuring unit measuring a moving distance of the moving vehicle; a receiving unit receiving a measured value which is measured by the rotation measuring unit, the distance measuring unit, and the moving distance measuring unit; and a calculation unit modeling an outer peripheral surface shape of a position-specific cross section of the pipe of the moving vehicle by moving distance information of the moving vehicle received from a receiver and the distance and the angle information from the points in accordance with the rotation angle of the pipe.</p>
