PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a gene recombinant and transformed FVII composition as well as utilizing the composition as a medicament.SOLUTION: Each molecule of Factor VII of the composition has a glycan form bound to N-glycosylation sites, and among all molecules of Factor VII of the composition, the majority are biantennary, bisialylated and non fucosylated glycan forms in comparison with all glycan forms bound to N-glycosylation sites of Factor VII of the composition.
