<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement and a unit building capable of preventing exfoliation of substruction from circumference of an anchor and in the vicinity of a post installation point while preventing increase of the number of works.SOLUTION: A post of a building unit is installed at a corner 14 of a rising part 13 of a substruction 11. Floor girders of the building unit are fixed by anchor bolts in linear portions 15A and 15B each extending in a direction perpendicular to each other from the corner 14. A reinforcement 40 is embedded in a rising part 13. The reinforcement 40 has a pair of horizontal parts 42, 47a (43, 47b) formed at both sides of the rising part 13 in a thickness direction being interposed by an anchor hole 19. The horizontal part 42 (43) which disposed closer to an outside corner 16 in the horizontal parts 42, 47a (43, 47b) extends to the same position as the installation position K of the post 21 in a longitudinal direction X1 (X2) of the substruction.</p> |
