<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized capacitor device having a large capacitance.SOLUTION: A capacitor element 5 includes: functional layers 31, 32 having a solid electrolyte layer 21 and an electrode layer 22 formed to cover each part of a surface 11 and a rear face 12 mutually facing on a tabular base body 10 to be a positive electrode; a first uncoated region 11a not covered with the functional layer 31 on the surface 11 of the base body 10; and a second uncoated region 12a not covered with the functional layer 32 on the rear face 12 of the base body 10. A device 1 includes: a capacitor unit 50 including at least one capacitor element 5; and at least one external connection electrode 91 which covers a first surface 71 formed by notching a part of a packaging member 99 covering the capacitor unit 50, together with the notches of each part of an insulating layer 41, the first uncoated region 11a, the second uncoated region 12a and an insulating layer 42, and is electrically connected to the base body 10 exposed on the first surface 71.</p> |
