<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency operation control device for an elevator which detects a position of a tail cord with good accuracy while it is actually shaking, and to prevent breakage of equipment caused by the shaking of the tail cord by quickly determining whether or not an emergency operation is necessary.SOLUTION: An elevator device for performing an emergency operation in the case of an earthquake or strong wind includes: a plurality of detection devices 11a-11d installed at preset intervals with end parts of a car 1 side and a machine room 21 side of a tail cord 10 being the reference, and detecting acceleration during the movement of the tail cord; a position calculation device 5 for acquiring the position of the tail cord 10 by calculation based on acceleration data detected by the detection devices; and a control panel 3 for acquiring distance between the tail cord 10 and in-hoistway equipment by comparing the acquired positional information with arrangement information of the in-hoistway equipment, and performing an emergency operation based on the acquired distance. A threshold value is set with respect to the distance, and it is determined whether or not the emergency operation is necessary by comparing the threshold value with the distance.</p> |
