Disclosed is an energy-saving ester hydrogenation process. The fresh hydrogen of the present invention has two replenishing points; a material feed/discharge heat exchanger is used to recycle the waste heat of the gas at the outlet of a hydrogenation reactor; and heated material hydrogen is used to gasify dimethyl oxalate; and a high-efficiency energy-saving hydrogenation reactor is employed to improve the space-time yield of a catalyst and the selectivity of the product. According to the features of the hydrogenation process and of the ester, the present invention employs a process of evaporating before heating, reasonably utilizes a fresh hydrogen replenishing position, and employs a high-efficiency evaporation tower and a high-efficiency hydrogenation reactor, thus reducing investment and energy consumption, and having good applicability for a hydrogenation process. |
