<p>A visitor register interactive system for courts, procuratorates or petition departments includes: a visitor register reminding service platform (1) based on second-generation ID cards and a business/case information system; a second-generation ID card read/select terminal integrated machine (6); and mobile phones of visitors, business accepting officers and management personnel (8); the visitor register reminding service platform is connected with an internal information management system for courts, procuratorates or petition departments (7) and the integrated machine via a network, and is connected with the mobile phones of the visitors, business accepting officers and management personnel via a mobile communication network; the visitors swipe their ID cards on the integrated machine, and select service options through the integrated machine; the visitor register reminding service platform performs the data information processing, and transmits such information as the visitors' names, transacted business contents, visiting time, mobile phone numbers, etc. in the form of SMS to the related personnel via the mobile communication network.</p> |
