The purpose of the present invention is to provide: an anode protective film which is capable of reliably suppressing dendrite growth that may occur on an anode; a separator which uses this anode protective film; and a secondary battery. A protective film for protecting an anode that contains lithium, which is composed of a polymer porous film and a polymer material that has lithium ion conductivity by itself, and which is characterized in that at least one surface of the polymer porous film is covered with the polymer material that has lithium ion conductivity.
