The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a heat transfer pipe and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a heat transfer pipe having an inner fin therein. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a heat transfer pipe with an inner fin comprises: a step (S1) for fixing a main tube (100) to an main tube groove (112) of a main tube support (110); a step (S2) for mounting an inner fin (200) on an inner fin groove (410) of a fin receiver (400), wherein the inner fin (200) includes a protrusion part (210) and a recessed part (220) formed on an outer surface thereof; and a step (S3) for inserting the inner fin (200) mounted on the inner fin groove (410) into the main tube (100) by a fin guide (500). According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a heat transfer pipe with an inner fin, the inner fin efficiently performing heat exchange and minimizing flow resistance, can easily insert the inner fin into the main tube and can easily produce a heat transfer pipe with an inner fin at low costs.
